There will not be a charge for parking in the EKU Perkins Building lots during the 2023 NAACP Kentucky State Convention.

Yes! Non-NAACP members can attend the 2023 NAACP Kentucky State Convention once they have registered and paid the registration fee of $50 for adults and $25 for youth.

All NAACP branch members who have been sent as “Delegates” or “Alternatives” by their home NAACP branches, are eligbile to vote for Kentucky State officers.

Yes. There are plans to provide an agenda track and sessions on Saturday for Youth and College attendees.

The State Convention Musical Program will be free for all attendees and open to the public. Seating is limited to the first 386 attendees. The Soul Food Dinner attendees will be by invitation only.
