Saturday, September 11th, Boonesborough Beach, 10:00am-2:pm. The Kentucky RiverKeeper is partnering with the Kentucky River authority on a river Clean up for pool nine. We will have a river clean up and pic-nic and a ribbon cutting for the portage for lock and dam 10, and a fun paddle afterwards! We are partnering with EKU to supply 10 canoes with safety gear to accommodate 20-30 community people! We will also invite people to bring their own kayaks and canoes and gear! T-shirts while supplies last! 10am-2:00pm.
